Parinaz Khabir

Born in 1978, Parinaz Khabir holds a bachelor’s degree in Handicrafts and a master’s in Art Research from Alzahra University.

During her undergraduate studies, she developed a keen interest in art history and woodworking, leading her to teach, create wooden sculptures, and hold numerous exhibitions since then. Her profound passion for research and exploration led her to pursue a master’s in Art Research, where she delved into philosophy, sociology, and art history. The fruits of her research during these years have resulted in the publication of several articles, including “Aesthetics in the Architecture of Ali Qapu Palace”.

Upon starting her academic career, she focused her research on the history of wood usage worldwide. Her translations and research in this field culminated in the publication of the book “The History of Wood in Iran: From the Neolithic Period to the Elamite Civilization” by Pileh Publishing.
